Invite members
Send invitations so new people can join your organization.
Invite someone to your organization and they'll get a link to join and set up their account. Inviting is an administrator task, and you can set a person's role and access right as you invite them.

Send an invitation
Open Members from the sidebar.
Choose to invite a new member and enter their email address.
Set their role and any team or permission assignments.
Send the invite — they'll receive a link to join and sign in.
Set role and access at invite time
You can decide up front what the new member can do:
- Their organization role — see Member roles.
- The teams they join — see Manage teams.
- The permission sets they're assigned — see Permissions.
Setting these at invite time means they land with exactly the right access on day one.
Manage pending invitations
From the Members area you can see who's been invited but hasn't joined yet, and resend or revoke an invitation as needed.
New members sign in with a passkey or magic link — there's no password to set or share. See Security.
