Export a sermon
Download a sermon as Word, PDF, slides, or a ProPresenter bundle.
The Export action — the download icon on the canvas' right edge — turns your sermon into a file you can print, hand off, or project. You choose what to export (the projection) and which format you want.

Export a sermon
Open the sermon on the canvas.
Select the Export button (the download icon) on the right edge.
Pick a projection and a format, then download.
Choose a projection
The projection decides which parts of the sermon go into the file:
- Manuscript — the full text, for reading or printing.
- Outline — headings and points only, for a quick reference.
- Notes — your sermon plus the internal notes that are hidden elsewhere.
- Slides — the slides you grouped on the Slides tab.
Choose a format
- Word (.docx) — editable document.
- PDF — fixed, print-ready document.
- PowerPoint (.pptx) — slides for any projector.
- ProPresenter (church organizations) — a bundle that uses the sermon's ProPresenter template for church projection.
Some formats pair naturally with some projections — for example, choose the Slides projection with PowerPoint or ProPresenter, and Manuscript or Outline with Word or PDF.
