Tasks
Triage
Route unassigned work to the right person.
Triage is the pool of tasks that don't have an owner yet. It's where new and unassigned work collects, waiting for someone to pick it up or route it — so nothing quietly falls through the cracks.

Open Triage
Open Triage from the sidebar to see every unassigned task across the organization in one queue.
Assign and route
Review an incoming task to understand what it needs.
Assign it to the right person — it moves into their My tasks.
Set a priority and due date if they're not already there.
Keep the queue clear
A healthy triage queue is a near-empty one. Working it regularly means assigned work always has a clear owner and a place to live.
Tasks can land in Triage automatically from an automation — for example, a follow-up task created when a sermon changes status but isn't assigned to anyone yet.
