Dashboard
Your home screen — active goals at a glance, your projects, and the work that needs your attention today.
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you open Cadence. It surfaces the things most relevant to you right now — your active goals, the projects you're part of, and any work waiting on you — without requiring you to navigate anywhere.
Goals
The Goals card shows up to four of your organization's active goals as radial gauges. Each gauge represents one goal's progress at a glance.
| Element | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Gauge arc | Progress toward the goal — filled based on outcome metric or linked-project completion |
| Arc color | Execution health: green (on track), amber (at risk), red (behind) |
| Goal title | The goal name, linking to the full goal detail page |
| Health badge | On track / At risk / Behind |
| Subline | Metric progress (current / target) or number of linked projects if no metric is set |
Click any goal gauge to open that goal's detail page. Click View all to see the full goals portfolio.
Only Active goals appear on the dashboard. Goals in Planned or Complete status are excluded. The goals shown are sorted by target date — soonest due appears first.
My projects
The My projects card shows up to five projects you're personally part of — either as project lead or as an explicit project member.
Each project row shows:
- Project name — links to the project
- Status pill — current project status (e.g., Active, On hold)
- Task count — how many tasks are done vs. total (e.g.,
3 / 12)
Click a project name to open it. When you have more than five projects, click View all to go to your full projects list.
