What you can do
- Create and configure your organization.
- Invite members and organize them into teams.
- Control access with permission sets.
- Add venues for your campuses and broadcast locations.
- Set up automations so routine work happens without manual hand-offs.
- Manage your billing and plan.
Setting up your organization
Create your organization and set its name and details. See Create an organization.
Add your venues so campus views and scheduling work. See Venues.
Define permission sets so people see only what they should. See Permissions.
Some features depend on your plan and organization type. Projects, automations, and campus-wide tasks are available for church organizations on the relevant plan.
Keeping things running
Once you're set up, automations do the repetitive work. A status change on a sermon can create a task, request an approval, or notify the right person automatically.
