Venues
Manage the campuses and broadcast locations where your sermons are delivered.
Venues are the places your sermons are delivered — physical campuses, a broadcast or online service, a recurring guest pulpit. Venues power scheduling on the Series Calendar, the audience-aware warnings in Insights, and the per-campus roll-ups in Views.

Add a venue
Open Sermons → Planning → Venues.
Add a venue and give it a name (for example, "Downtown Campus" or "Online").
Fill in any audience notes that help you tailor a sermon to that room.
Mark a venue as a campus
Mark a venue as a campus when it's a location you want to track on its own. Each campus gets its own Campus View — a roll-up of the series, sermons, tasks, and projects happening there.
Campus Views only appear once you have at least one campus venue. If your team doesn't see Views in the sidebar, add a campus here first.
How venues are used
A venue does more than label a location:
- Scheduling — you deliver a sermon to a venue on a date; that drives the Series Calendar.
- Insights — because a venue represents an audience, Insights can warn you when you've recently used a story or concept there.
- Views — a campus venue gets a dedicated overview of everything happening at it.
