Series

Group your sermons into a multi-week teaching arc with a theme and a key passage for each week.

A series is a container for several sermons that belong together — a six-week walk through the Sermon on the Mount, an Advent series, a topical run on generosity. You give the series a theme, lay out a sermon for each week, and set a key passage per week. Everything you build for those weeks lives under the one series.

Create a series

Open Sermons → Planning → Series and start a new series.
Give it a name and a theme — what ties these weeks together.
Choose how many weeks (sermons) it runs, and optionally a venue it's preached at.
Save. Each week is created as its own sermon, ready to build on the canvas.

Lay out the weeks

A series starts as a row of weeks, each holding one sermon. From the series view you can:

  • Open any week to build it on the canvas.
  • Reorder weeks as your plan changes.
  • See each week's title, key passage, and status at a glance.

Themes and key passages

The series carries a theme, and each week carries its own key passage. These flow through to the individual sermons — a week's key passage shows up in that sermon's settings, and the theme is inherited so Insights can suggest related material.

Linking a sermon to a series can also pass down the series' ProPresenter template, so all the weeks export with a consistent look.
